Welcome to South France

Do you like wine and a good cheese?

Come and see us in „les4epices“, our small villa in Sérignan. Sérignan is a charming place, situated in the middle of vineyards and culture in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, Occitanie in South France. Our villa "les4epices" is only a few minutes from marvelous Mediterranean beaches.

Enjoy the special flair of Mediterranean summers; relax on the fine sandy beaches of Sérignan-Plage or Valras-Plage. We offer budget-priced holiday all year long – enjoy late summer, autumn sun, or the mild winter in South France. In December 2016, the village of Sérignan was oficially declared "Station de Tourisme" - honoring the recreational value and the beauty of the idyllic small town.

In the family-friendly village of Sérignan with its nice cafés and restaurants you will make friends fast enough. Our small holiday apartments are situated in the historic center of Sérignan, with bars, restaurants, and cafés right next door. Everything you need is in walking distance: a small supermarket, bakeries, butcher, post office, banks, and a Laundromat right around the corner. And 200 m from “les4epices” you can walk along the riverbank of the Orb.

Discover the fascinating back country, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere in the nearby university city Montpellier, or visit the fabulous Cité of Carcassonne. The famous Canal du Midi is nearby, and you can rent a houseboat or go on a cruise from Villeneuve-les-Béziers (5 minutes) to Carcassonne.

But above all, enjoy a wonderful holiday!
